• Lead cross functional team for implementation of procedures & processes in the centre by applying 6 Sigma methodology.

• Create a detailed project plan for the intended project through clear milestones & deliverables

• Understand the root causes & apply various 6 Sigma statistical tools to provide solutions for various business problems

• Work with various Business Units & thel team at the Centre to understand requirements and implement them

• Coach internal personnel working on projects as Green Belts in 6 Sigma methodology

BE with 6-8yrs

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification & Six sigma project lead exposure

• 6 Sigma Black Belt trained/certified preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to comprehend technical information.
