1.Support in preparing quality strategy for an ERP implementation. Support the project management team to drive independent quality function

2.Support in preparation of quality gates for ERP projects and drive compliance

3.Define Quality Standards, Quality Plan & matrix

4.Engage vendors to define quality review processes and conduct quality audits

5.Work with vendors and Project implementation teams to define and validate quality aspects of all project documents and recommend quality improvements

6.Prepare documents and works with team to resolve problems

7.Performing internal audits periodically to verify compliance to documented procedures and processes.

8.Ensure closure of non compliance points within given timelines

9.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and deliverables
