CC India is looking to hire a Senior Consultant/Manager to support the Value Added Services Team to lead and implement manufacturing analytics projects which may include, but are not limited to supply chain, sales force, quality, inventory and workforce analytics.

Key responsibilities will include the following: -

• Leading a team of approximately 2-3 (to start with), including training, coaching, providing feedback and development.

• Grow and manage projects that provide manufacturing analytics support to specific clients through analytical, statistical and optimization programming languages and toolkits.

• Oversee execution and delivery of key project milestones.

• Accountable for clear requirements documentation, analysis/development plans, project consulting and troubleshooting, the on time delivery of projects, timely communication to clients, and quality of project deliverables.

• Project management tasks include (but are not limited to): defining project scope, assisting with requirements collection, providing analysis/development plans, working closely with the client during execution of project, and ensuring on-time delivery of and quality of projects.

• Establish and maintain clear communication between the client and the Capgemini Consulting team regarding project scope, timelines, issue resolution, and deliverables.

• Manage the progress and prioritization of multiple projects for team members

• Establish and grow relationships with clients to grow the manufacturing analytics practice within Capgemini Consulting, India

• Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions, particularly for the manufacturing domain

Education:(UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization)

Specification / Skills / Experience

• Overall 6-10 years of analytics experience with at least 5 years experience in utilizing statistical application development tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, SQL) in direct support of clients business needs in the manufacturing domain

• Masters in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research) or an MBA Finance from a reputed institute or an Engineer with exceptional work experience

• Strong experience in advanced statistics and analytics including segmentation, modeling, regression, forecasting etc.

• Strong business understanding of the manufacturing domain including supply chain, sales force, quality, inventory, costing and workforce analytics

• Exposure in working directly with clients to conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

• Excellent communications skills with respect to translating business needs into a mathematical/data analysis approach and translating analysis results back into business terms.

• Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate highly complex findings that focus on the critical issues and provide actionable opportunities. Demonstrated outstanding critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work in a cross cultural environment

• Proven project management successes, including balancing multiple projects and differing project priorities.

Proven capability to lead team members, including personal development, training and work direction.
