Job Description
Role: Company is looking for an ambitious and self driven professional. The candidate will be responsible to manage all compliances and audits (excluding Financials). She/he is responsible to implement system for effectiveness of management policies. The candidate will be responsible to ensure HR compliances as per the regulatory laws.
Job Responsibilities:
• Draft organizational policies and compliance as per regulatory and legal requirement
• Responsible to ensure management system is in compliance with relevant ISO audit and standards
• Verify that all organization and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented on timely basis.
• Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress
• Responsible for compliance with law related to Labour , ESI/PF, Salary/wages.
• 2-3 years minimum experience in this field
• Previous Experience in export/Manufacturing industry would be preferred
