• Lead continuous improvements across verticals
  
  Manage day to day deliverables of PET team with reference to Salesforce Engineering, process improvements across Coding, Medical record retrieval, HRA, Shared Services, Finance, MRR QA and other support operations.
  
  Ensure cost optimization across organization based on the metrics derived
  
  Lead the Business intelligence team and come with business insights and predictions for business and management team.
  
  Keep looking for opportunities across geographies to migrate processes to offshore for cost optimization
  
  Look into opportunity across USA, India and Philippines operation.  Consolidation and Transition of processes from onshore to offshore under Shared services.

  Required Candidate profile

  Skills & Requirements Minimum Qualifications

  
  10+ years of professional experience in managing Continuous Improvement Initiatives across the industries such as manufacturing, IT and Service.
  
  Has proven project management and leadership skills, and a good knowledge of business analysis. Ability to work with and manage virtual teams and matrix management structures.
  
  Leads program support activities within multiple large program or project engagement teams.
  
  Deep understanding of Shared Service Business Operating Model and business risk analysis. Should have experience in the transition of the business process to across location under shared services.
   

  Able to work with cross-functional & multiple stakeholders with multiple priorities.

   

  Able to implement effective operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
  
  Specialties: Six Sigma, Lean, Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Training and Operations
  
  Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills, along with a quality management orientation. Probably educated to degree level or holds a professional qualification.
  
  Flexible attitude to working hours expected.
  
  Lead team of highly skilled resources
  
  
  Certification and requirement
  
  Certified MBB or BB by ASQ (American Society for Quality) or ISI
  
  Certified Scrum Master or Certified PMP (Project Management Professional)
  
  Strong stakeholder management skills
  
  Experience in working in Technology is a must
  
  Graduation, MBA preferable

Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 27,50,000 PA.
