Job Description

At least 5 year of experience in wiring harness industry. Awareness of ISO and IATF standards required 

New Product Development 

Production planning as per customer requirement 

• Calculation of required RM and time for the production 
  Allocation on job machine basis 
  Allocation of human resources as per there specialization 
  Re plan if required 
  Production as per planning 
  Control and monitor production 
  Insure quality of final good 
  Insure safety on work floor 
  Represent Production in Audit 
  ISO and IATF documentation
  Production documentation and check sheets 
  Stock taking in the end of month 
  Consider improvement (KAIZEN) of production Method , Tooling 
  Plaining training 
  Prepare training material 
  Provide training to workers 
  Maintain training record 
  Insure worker follow work instruction 
  Insure timely and quantity of dispatch along with quality 
  Documentation and Monthly reports 
  Represent department in Internal and external Audits 
  Insure documents and system as per ISO and IATF standards 
  Represent department in internal and external audits 



 

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 PA.
