Title: SAP BW/4HANA Delivery Manger
Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities
- Candidate should have sound experience in SAP BI Engagement Management and should have managed at least 3 SAP BI projects as SAP BI Engagement Manager (AD projects) or Service Delivery Manager (ADM projects). The candidate should be self-driven and drive a team of at least 20 multi-skilled resources for successful project delivery.
- At least 10 years of technical experience in SAP BW/ SAP BWoH/ SAP Native HANA implementation, support/ upgrade is mandatory. Experience with leading SAP ECC or S/4HANA engagements is a plus
- Strong experience in project management methodologies with focus on quality and timeliness of delivery. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
- Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile scrum, devops) is a big plus
- Sound understanding of project financials is necessary. Cost Management by tracking the projects actual against the estimated budget, improve contribution margin being the key responsibility
- Should be able to able to work collaboratively with Client (Delivery and Vendor management stakeholders) and internal stakeholders for successful execution of projects
- Ability to produce delivery-led growth by promoting new business opportunities is necessary
- Should participate in performance appraisal of the resources working under him/ her and act as a mentor for the team and work towards their competency progression
- Experience in Organizational level and External client Software Quality/ Service delivery related Audits is a plus
