Job description

In this role you will need to gain an understanding of the various existing models & frameworks for continuous service improvement within Tieto, introduce new methodologies based on industry best practices, be a subject matter expert on them to be able to advise, coach, manage real implementations. As a champion you will be the process owner/manager for all relevant documentation and encourage, motivate and convince internal stakeholders to initiate and continue with CSI initiatives. You will assist internal stakeholders with creating business cases to justify improvement programs. You will report tangible business benefits of these programs to top management.

We expect

To succeed in this role, you need to have over 15 years of work experience, several years experience in IT outsourcing and service management and recent role in continuous service improvement.

It is essential that you have the knowledge, experience and training in CSI methods such as LEAN, Six-Sigma etc. as well as ITIL certification and exposure to ISO.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English are essential and the maturity, mentality and ability to collaborate with managers, business, operations and technical persons.

You are quality minded, a team player, business and improvements focused.

The willingness to travel, e.g. to Finland, is expected for any project-specific assignment.
