Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Point of Contact for the region with regards to information transmissions between the Business Expert and the sites under their purview.
  • This includes requests for KPIs, requests for site information, and requests for status updates for specific items (open actions, best practices sharing, etc.)
  • Role will roll-up site data/responses from entire business and submit to corporate.
  • Partner with Site leaders to maintain site-level deployment metrics and Lean site full-potential assessment schedules. Coordinate, identify leaders that can assist with deployment audits.
  • Understand talent within the business vertical/region. Work with site leaders to understand capability development needs. Provide information to corporate as requested
    Support Site champions in site full potential strategies and with Gemba-walk mentoring
  • Manage strategic approach to site gaps in individual deployment plans.
  • Co-Drive LSS performance improvement efforts alongwith CTO/Regional Manufacturing Head throughout the vertical/region with the vertical
  • Teach concepts to leaders at vertical/regional level and mentor them in applicable projects.
  • Own best-practice tracking plan and routine follow-up with sites.


 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Must have any Technical or Business Degree
  • 5+ years' experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, leading manufacturing Process for a region, including International preferred.
  • Experience with all aspects of development at site level
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes within a region
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization as well as external - suppliers.
  • Strong Presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
