Job Description
- Role & Responsiblities:
The role is accountable for building, deploying, assessing and maintaining the Service Management Framework for Service Delivery.
Supports external and internal audits and assessments.
Support the delivery and implementation of strategic projects and programmes within agreed time, cost and quality.
Skill Set Required:
3+ years experience in Quality assurance
SIX SIGMA Knowledge is MUST
Should be from a BPO/Corporayte industry
Quality Assurance
Issue solving and ability to create independently RCA/CAPA
Ability to write and speak to customers
Continuous Improvement Programs
Good PPT/Excel SkillsExperience in Customer Audits
Thorough in compliance/Regulatory parameters
Familiar with NCs
Have experience in BCP/DR programs
Qualification:
Graduation is mustLocation - Noida
Shift -US shift.
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 PA.
