> Job Description 
Maintain a central source of information about the operational systems in scope and coordinate, control and monitor all changes to the environment to ensure operational stability. Support service assurance manager in defining and implementing strong governance.

Support service assurance manager in defining and implementing industry standard metric for each service offering of EUX ,Support service assurance manager in driving continuous service improvement initiatives using lean six sigma methodology and principal Implement and govern strong incident life cycle practices as per ITIL norms Periodic assessment to check the maturity level of the service lines as assigned by the service assurance manager .Plan, direct and coordinate solution validation process activities to ensure solution acceptance Support service assurance manager with Audit preparedness and coordination during internal audits Support service assurance manager in remediation of audit findings Enure service readiness documents (project plan, milestone schedule, operational service documentation, readiness risk plans, etc.) are created and accepted by all stakeholders involved Setup governance models for Release and Deployment Management, Change Management; Problem Management and Service Transition, and serve as escalation point for issues Ensure alignment of Service Release and Deployment Management and transition plans from capacity and resource perspective and align them with senior management Ensure that risks of Release and Deployment Management, Change Management; Problem Management and Service Transition are identified and mitigated Ensure that all work packages can be tracked, installed, tested, verified and backed out (if required) Authorize and conduct service handover to operations Confirm defined service commitment points for each transition program Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service/Solution Assurance scope Own Service Continuity of critical EUX IT Services Track service readiness documents are created and accepted by stakeholders and that transition risks are identified and mitigated - Conduct service handover and lead the go-live authorization discussions with the other work streams - Coordinate, control and monitor changes to the services and service levels to ensure highest assurance and operational stability - Confirm that there are defined service commitment points for each transition program - Maintain operational service catalog and ensure consistency between the catalog and the overall service portfolio ,Support Service Assurance Manager in ensuring that all functionally owned knowledge articles are fit for purpose

 



Minimum requirements 
University degree or equivalent. ITIL practitioner and Lean Six Sigma green belt certification mandatory Desirable -: o ITIL intermediate or expert o Lean Six Sigma master black belt * Fluent in English 10+ years of experience in IT and minimum 4-5 years in Service assurance, service excellence, CSI , ITIL processes implementation and governance,
