Job Description
- 1. Coordinating between different departments such as procurement, electrical, assembly, IT, design etc. external vendors and customer for the timely execution of the project.
2. Helping prepare and submit the project execution plan to internal & external stake holder, reporting related to project status.
3. Ensuring the transnational and reporting systems are up to date for their areas. Some of the following responsibilities may also be assigned to the resource on a need basis: site visits and process audits, to understand the project requirements from the sales team after the receipt of the work order.
4. Interact with customer for any technical classification and approvals.
5. Pre -installation site visits, proper system installation and integration and smooth systematic handover to the customer, solving technical problems arising in project.
6. Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation
7.Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadlines
8.Accomplishes work requirements by orienting training assigning
9.Create a project plan
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
