Roles and responsibilities

  We are hiring for Technical Project Manager- DC Migration for Hanu Software Solution, Greater Noida.
  
  Job Description: 
  Total Exp- 9 - 13 years
  Job Location- Greater Noida
  
  Mandatory Skills 
  Project Management 
  
  9+ years of implementing complex Cloud solutions, demonstrated PM experience, migrating an on-premise environment to an Azure, AWS, Google
  
  Ability to lead DC migrations, Application migrations and setup of DC ( IAAS , PAAS ) projects ( especially on public cloud ) 
  
  Responsible and accountable for coordinated management of projects directed towards strategic business.
  
  Have managed projects executed in cross cultural environments with cross functional teams at different locations. Experience in Matrix Management 
  
  Have delivered projects/programs on Budget and on Schedule with clear focus on Benefit Realization and ROI.
  
  Solid understanding and demonstration of PMI/Prince2 Project Management Practices 
  
  IaaS, PaaS knowledge on cloud either Azure or AWS.
  
  Will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of project-based assignments including solution development, proof-of-concept, analysis, design/architecture, deployment and support of the Microsoft Azure
  
  Working in shifts
  
  Travelling (0%-25%)
  
  Understand the operational workings of technology services including Data Centre models, advanced networks, storage, security, servers, applications and process frameworks
  
  Reports own time and expenses accurately and timely
  
  Drives and documents timely completion and management of project deliverables.
  
  Client and Stakeholder Management 
  
  Excellent Communication Skills, Client Facing skills, Presentation and Documentation skills
  
  Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and manage diverse stake-holder expectations.
  
  A continuous learner in the ever-so changing project and technology world
  
  To operate sensibly in challenging environments.
  
  Lead client calls, projects at the front provide guidance and support to delivery team time to time 
  
  Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients when required
  
  People Management 
  
  Manage, engage & motivate technical delivery team members 
  
  Strong leadership with proven ability to motivate teams to achieve defined deliverables and work effectively with clients
  
  Perform continual appraisals for the team through the year. Accountable for team management and yearly appraisals 
  
  Train and coach the technical delivery team time to time 
  
  Desired Skills 
  
  Know-how on scripting or programming using XML, JSON
  
  Hands-on knowledge on Azure , AWS , GCP Datacenter build and migrations
  
  Architecture professional certification with either AWS or Azure
  
  Degree in Computer Science, Business or Project Management
  
  Valid PMP Certification or equivalent is preferred
