Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Quality assurance department manpower planning plan & inspection of springs required to dispatch as per customer schedule.
  • Maintaining ISO 9001-2015/IATF16949:2016 procedures & all customer requirements.
  • Maintaining the PPM of spring division as per customers requirement.
  • Maintaining Schedule compliance of spring division.
  • Arranging the efficient use of Man, Machine, and Material & Housekeeping of the plant.
  • Action and close all customer complaints
  • Attend client quality management meetings
  • Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
  • Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
  • To select the special characteristics in the process as per customer requirements.
  • To prepares and control Quality Manual .
  • To prepare, approve and control procedures
  • To set quality objectives and the training related to the same.
  • To plan and conducts Internal Quality Audits .
  • To report Internal Quality Audit findings in Management Review.
  • To report General Manager on the performance of Quality systems.
  • To take corrective and preventive actions on nonconformance and internal rejections.
  • To liaison with the customer for Quality System audit.

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

• • Min Requirement: - BE/B.Tech in the field of Mechanical Engg/Industrial Engg/Production/Automobile.
    MBA (Operations) will preferably add advantage if any
  • Experience as Quality Manager, IATF 16949 Knowledge, ISO/TS 16949 Knowledge, 
  • Knowledge of Lean VSM, Six Sigma, SQD, Manufacturing Quality, QMS, and Customer Quality Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mail drafting.

Education-

UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Mechanical, Production/Industrial

PG: MBA/PGDM - Other Management
