    Job Purpose 
     

    Accountable for the successful planning, governance and implementation of change and transition projects for our India based Webhelp operation. Manage projects through their complete end to end lifecycle from transition planning, project initiation, implementation and Go Live, through to close down and handover into the business. Lead projects using the most appropriate and effective project management methodologies, a Gated structure and the completion of all project documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, objectives, timeline and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, reporting and communication structure is implemented to keep internal, client and third party stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues. Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills to confidently manage client relationship and senior stakeholder engagement up to Board level. 

    ACCOUNTABILTIES & DELIVERABLES 
    • Provide leadership for a project through its end to end lifecycle and ensure project delivery is aligned to the agreed scope, objectives and timeline
    • Facilitate the definition and sign off of project scope, goals and deliverables and complete the agreed project initiation process
    • Fully adopt and utilize Daptiv our project management toolkit to plan, manage, track and report on all aspects of the project
    • Completion of all project documentation in line with agreed project framework and approach
    • Produce and maintain detailed project implementation plans including key activity by work stream and delivery timeline
    • Lead and coordinate the activity of the project team, work stream leaders and subject matter experts to ensure delivery in line with plan
    • Manage and track project spend v budget and highlight potential overspend to agreed budget
    • Produce timely, accurate and effective status and progress reporting for project sponsors and stakeholders
    • Maintain a Risk Register and ensure effective tracking and reporting. Align significant risks to the Corporate Risk Register
    • Identify solutions and implement contingency actions to mitigate identified risks
    • Manage change requests through a structured impact assessment and Change Request Process including completion of Contractual Change Note if required
    • Track and manage delivery of Contractual obligations
    • Ensure an effective and timely escalation process is implemented
    • Implement and maintain an effective project governance structure and Gated process to manage timely decision making, on time delivery versus the plan, and effective resolution of issues
    • Build effective and trusted working relationships with both internal, client and third party project sponsors and stakeholders
    • Manage and deliver timely and effective project communication. Be confident in influencing and engaging senior stakeholders up to Board level
    • Contribute to the Transition Planning input for new sales bids and represent the Project Team in client facing presentations and meetings
    • Represent the Webhelp Project Function and our project methodology in both internal and Client facing forums
    • Promote high quality project management disciples and best practice

     

    PERFORMANCE MEASURES 
    • Successful delivery of projects in line with agreed scope, objectives and timeline
    • Delivery of projects in line with agreed Project Budget
    • Deliver high quality project management performance in line with the Webhelp project management framework, processes, and tools
    • Adherence to WH project methodology and Gated process as detailed in Daptiv and reported via the PMO QA Report
    • Accurate and timely completion of all agreed project documentation
    • Accurate and timely tracking, reporting and communication of project status and metrics to sponsors and stakeholders
    • Accurate and effective risk management , mitigation and escalation
    • Effective and impactful working relationships
    • Demonstration of working style and behavior aligned to the Webhelp Values

     

    PERSON SPECIFICATION 
    • Proven experience as a project manager across a broad portfolio of project work over 5 years experience
    • Experience of project managing a range of complex change and transition projects complex solution delivery, multiple internal/external/ Client stakeholders, multiple work streams, delivery in multiple locations, mixed portfolio and sectors
    • Project Management qualification PMP: Project Management Professional/ CPMP: Certified Project Management Practitioner/ Managing Successful Programmes/ PRINCE2 Foundation & PRINCE2 Practitioner/ Six Sigma.
    • Experience and understanding of project methodologies Agile/ Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban
    • Experience and understanding of end to end project lifecycles, associated deliverables and control gates
    • Good working knowledge of project management software plus MS office applications including: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation and engagement skills up to Board level
    • Very strong team working skills ability to work effectively with large teams, multi/ off shore locations, internal, external and Client teams and stakeholders
    • Very strong relationship management skills up to senior Executive and Board level roles
    • Experience of working with and presenting to Board and Executive level roles
    • Strong influencing skills up to senior Executive and Board level roles
    • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Strong process orientation experience
    • Experience of the working in the BPO sector or other fast paced service environments
    • Flexibility with ability to work at pace to deliver against tight deadlines

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A. Salary commensurate with experience + Medical Insurance + Free Transport + Subsidized Meals + Other Benefits + 5 days working
